Visiting Sorors

Welcome to the Visitors Portal for the Ventura County Alumnae Chapter (VCAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. In order to attend a Chapter Meeting, a visiting Soror must submit the verification form below at least 72 hours before the meeting in order to attend. Sorors who are not cleared 72 hours before the meeting will not be allowed access to the virtual meeting space or the in-person space. Duly initiated members of the sorority may attend once membership is verified in-advance. 

Before entering the meeting, all visiting Sorors will need to provide the following credentials to the Sergeant-at-Arms:

1. Photo Identification

2. Membership Card or Original Membership Certificate

Please complete the Membership Verification form below. Upon completion of the form, please press the “Send” button so that our Finance Team can complete the verification process.  Information will also be sent to Membership Services so we can virtually communicate and connect with you.

The attire for the chapter meeting is business professional (i.e. no hats, jeans, shorts, spaghetti strap dresses/shirts, denim, paraphernalia or clothing items with the sorority symbols larger than the palm of your hand).

PLEASE NOTE: Individuals seeking membership in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will NOT be admitted into the chapter meeting.
